3 Easy Settings on Google - Find out if you don't know!

Turning users into Tech-Friendly is a special one for Google. Although some Google apps are regularly used, many people are not familiar with the use of some of their additional apps. This is because some of google's easy tricky options are within the settings area. Can you use it easily only if you use it? We will be surprised.

Here's what such easy settings are.

Google offline Apps :

We think google office apps, including Google Docs, sheets, and slides, can only be used online. It can also be used offline. If you want to use it through apps on your cell phone, rather than through a browser, you need to have only the Internet on.

Step 1: 

If you want to use Google apps offline, you need to open Drive.google.com/drive in the browser and go in.

Step 2:

Click the gear icon on the top right and open the settings.

Step 3:

Tick the set box Google Office Offline in the offline section shown in Settings.

Step 4:

From now on you will be able to create the files you need offline.

Know what Google knows about you:

It's very easy to get a copy of the information Google has for you. Go to Takeout.google.com and select all the data types you want to upload. Click Outlook to select how you want to get this information. This will enable you to get the information that Google has periodically through Google Drive or email.

Gmail Settings Change

There are chances of unexpected mistakes when sending Gmail or we send email incorrectly. At those times, mistake messages can be retrieved using the Undo option. Go to Google Settings and click the Google icon. The Undo option is given there. It lasts for a maximum of 30 seconds. If you have sent a message incorrectly, you can withdraw within 30 seconds.
