Students were shocked by the new update of Zoom app!

Students at home due to corona participate in online classes using video apps including Zoom. Students who cannot be seen in person look after each other while participating in an online class. When students look at each other in online classes in an environment where it is difficult for teachers to take lessons at such a challenging time, there are also chances of distraction.

Thus, it has introduced a new update called Focus mode so that only teachers can see all students and students can see only teachers. With this update, the host and another co-host that teachers give permission to can use all settings. In a way, the update gives students anxiety, but it is a pleasure for teachers.

Let's see how to use this update in the Zoom app.

  1. SignIn should be done on the admin portal in the Zoom app.
  2. Account Management - Click the app and select Account Settings on the navigation panel.
  3. Then, click the Meeting option.
  4. The meeting option will have the Focus Mode app under the app. Enable it or disable it of your choice.
  5. Then you will ask for enable or disable once again for verification. In it, choose your choice as already stated.
Like the Zoom app, Google Meet app is also giving new updates. Now 2 new updates have been introduced on Google Meet. Accordingly, Google has introduced a feature that allows up to 25 co-hosts simultaneously. This will enable co-host people to use all settings apps available to the host. Android users from August 16 and iOS users from August 30 can use google meet's new update.

Google also has a few restrictions on it. Not all users will get this new update. Google has said that only users who come under Google's protocols can use new updates.
