JD.com, one of China's major e-commerce companies, plans to use robots that deliver goods.
Technology related to service delivery began to gain importance in order to avoid direct contact with the customer with employees during the COVID curfew. Rival companies such as Alibaba and Meituan are also planning to increase the number of robots of this type.
JD.com, which has already left 200 robots for delivery, plans to launch a thousand robots by the end of the year.
