WhatsApp has announced a plan to offer cashback of up to Rs 51 if you send money using WhatsApp payments.
Payment apps in India are very popular among people. People are using many apps including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm for transactions. The time of going to banks and making money transactions has gone up the hill. This is because, with payment apps, you can end bank transactions in an instant by palming smartphones.
These payment apps are especially useful for industrialists, traders, and traders who make daily transactions. Apps including Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm have millions of customers on hand. According to reports last month, more than 45 lakh traders are using the PhonePe app alone on a daily basis.
Considering that India has such huge market payment apps, WhatsApp also launched WhatsApp payments in India. But WhatsApp payments don't get as much support as other apps. This is because apps including PhonePe and GooglePay offer gift items including cashback, rewards, gift coupons, etc. for every transaction made by customers.

Also, when these apps came into use, they also offered additional cashback offers if they sent money from their app to others. These offers received a huge response from customers and traveled at jet speed in a short span of time. WhatsApp payments have now taken up the same style. Cashback up to Rs.51 will be available if you send money from WhatsApp payments to others.
The only condition is that you will get cashback only if you send money to 5 people. When viewed as a concession, there is no condition on how much to send. You can send as much as you want and get a cashback. For example, cashback can be availed even by sending one rupee per 5 people. The cashback offer is being advertised as "Give cash, get Rs 51 back".
That means WhatsApp is advertising on the theme Give Money Cashback. This cashback offer is available only for Android Beta Version WhatsApp users. The strategy taken by WhatsApp to expand the payment app is expected to be welcomed by users.
