Twitter Livestream Shopping

Twitter reported that the first Livestream show will be hosted on Walmart's Twitter account by singer Jason Derulo as a "30-minute variety show."

The microblogging site, Twitter is soon to become a social media platform that combines shopping and the stream to host. The company also announced that it will host its first shopping Livestream on November 28 at 7PMFT (5:30AMNET). The shopping feature is being run by Twitter in collaboration with Walmart. The sale will also be held at the end of Thanksgiving week under the name "Cyber Deals Sunday". It is a traditional sale in many countries. Big offers will be made everywhere during this day.

Twitter said the first Livestream show will be hosted by Jason Derulo as a "30-minute variety show." The company also said it will feature "electronics, household items, clothing, seasonal decorations, surprise special guests and more." Twitter has entered shopping and stream trending for the first time. Earlier, Meta announced that it was conducting a test on the "Live Shopping for Creators" feature for Facebook.

Similarly, Pinterest launched a live shopping feature called "Pinterest TV". And YouTube expanded its live-shopping feature with a week-long shopping event called The YouTube Holiday Stream and Shop. Many technology companies are currently taking forward stream shopping and it has become a new trend. Mainly this live stream shopping has received a certain amount of response in China.

Gen Z customers there are increasingly shifting towards making purchases via social media from traditional e-commerce retailers. According to pictures shared by the company, Twitter's live shopping interbasin separately divides video stream, online catalog, and news beat of tweets. If you follow the link to the seller's website, the stream will continue to run in picture-in-picture mode.

Twitter also reported that these shopping elements will initially come only on iOS and desktop. On the other hand, Android users can watch the stream live. But you can't get involved with shopping features. The company said the Twitter-Walmart stream, which will be released in November, is just a "test." In a statement issued in The original, the company said it now plans to host shopping live streams only for brands and not regular Twitter users.
